TAM Development Company announces the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer and Investment Officer for the company, Mr. Iyad Nimran Musbah Al-Ramlawi, who will start working for the company starting on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
Mr. Iyad Nimran Al-Ramlawi holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (2012), a Certified Public Accountant (2002), and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance (1995). He also holds a diverse work experience in the Middle East, North Africa and the United States covering a wide range of industries and companies. And operational, strategic and investment experience, extensive experience in boards of directors, deal structuring, strategy formulation and implementation, investment capital management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, governance and corporate finance.
