Reference to the announcement of Tam Development Company on the Saudi Exchange website dated 13-01-1445 AH corresponding to 31-07-2023 AD, regarding the invitation to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) which will be held on the Sunday date on 11-02-1445 AH corresponding to 27-08-2023 AD at 07:00 pm by means of modern technology.
The company would like to remind its shareholders that electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the (Tadawulati) website, starting from 01:00 am on Wednesday 07-02-1445 AH corresponding to 23-08-2023 AD, until the end of the time of the Extraordinary General Assembly.
