Tourism Accelerator Program

Challenge

The primary challenge was designing an accelerator program capable of addressing the needs of tourism industry leaders while improving visitor experience across multiple tourism touchpoints. There was a need to identify, qualify, and implement innovative solutions that could respond to sector challenges and support measurable improvements in tourism services.

TAM’s Approach

The Tourism Accelerator Program was implemented through a structured accelerator model focused on solution sourcing, qualification, and implementation. The approach included:
• Designing an accelerator program to address tourism sector challenges.
• Engaging service providers to develop and propose solutions.

• Selecting solution providers to implement pilot solutions.
