<p>The company would like to remind its shareholders that electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the (Tadawulaty) website starting at 1:00 AM on Wednesday, 15-12-1446 AH (corresponding to 11-06-2025 AD) and continuing until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting.</p>
